Fall Conference November 6th

The Reformation Betrayed:
The Need for a New Presbyterian Church

Today, many "conservative" Presbyterian churches are repeating the errors of church history. They are departing from the absolute authority of Scripture and the one true Gospel. As a result, these churches are being destroyed from within. What is the evidence of this downgrade? How did it happen, and why? What is the Biblical imperative that must kindle the fires of a new Reformation among the Reformed?

Please mark your calendars for a special conference addressing these and related topics. The speakers will be Dr. Clinton S. Foraker, pastor of Calvert Reformed Presbyterian Church, and Paul M. Elliott, author of Christianity and Neo-Liberalism: The Spiritual Crisis in the Orthodox Presbyterian Church and Beyond.

The conference venue in Nottingham, Pennsylvania is just off Interstate 95 exit 100 (Maryland Route 272) near the tri-state border of Maryland, Delaware, and Pennsylvania. Visit our web site for more information.

ERPC Constitutional Documents

The ERPC Organizing Committee has completed and approved the denomination's constitutional documents, including doctrinal standards, Form of Government, Book of Discipline, and Directory for Worship. You can access these documents here.

The constitutional documents are now being placed in the hands of churches and groups that have expressed interest in affiliating with the ERPC, so that they can now make an informed decision. We also plan to produce bound copies for purchase, including the Westminster Standards with full proof texts.

New Book

Christianity and Neo-Liberalism:

The Spiritual Crisis in the Orthodox Presbyterian Church and Beyond

In 1936 a small band of conservatives left the  apostate Presbyterian Church in the U.S.A. to form a new denomination which they hoped would be a faithful witness to the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Christianity and Neo-Liberalism, written by Paul M. Elliott, a former Ruling Elder in the Orthodox Presbyterian Church and member of the ERPC Organizing Committee, explains how the church founded by J. Gresham Machen and his supporters has repeated the errors of its predecessor.

Many outside the OPC will recognize its spiritual crisis as the crisis of their own churches as well.

This 480-page book discloses many striking parallels between the state of “conservative” Presbyterianism today and the crisis in the PCUSA three generations ago — how the mistakes of history are being repeated in our time. The book also sets forth the Biblical imperative of a new Reformation in the Presbyterian church.

Christianity and Neo-Liberalism can now be ordered online from The Trinity Foundation. Copies will also be available for purchase at the Fall Conference.
